Help!

Just received my first btc from coinbase. Trying to send my btc over to poloniex to purchase some other coins. However on my account screen the send/receive tab isn't there. Been scrambling trying to find help...anyone know why I don't have that option?

I'm fairly new as well and never used poloniex. But I know when I used coinbase once it took several hours before money was totally confirmed.

If the site is having issues sometimes some features are inaccessible. Maybe wait a bit and try again later.
